Getting in Shape
Today I went down to the track to run with Leigh Anne, Greta, and Tori. I ran 1.25 miles, walked .25 and then stretched. I then ran another 1.25 miles and cooled down with another walking of .25. I ended up running a total of 2.5 miles. I was proud of myself. I enjoyed it. It was great.

How to pass a soccer ball
Yesterday I went through the daring task of trying to teach Gage how to correctly pass a soccer ball.
1. Plant your weak foot next to the ball
2. Point the toe of your planted foot toward the direction of desired passage
3. Bend knees for balance, keep chest up but over your planted foot
4. Shift weight forward to the planted foot.
5. Turn your stronger leg (passing foot side) outward where the inside of your foot is going to make contact with the ball
6. Lock the ankle of your passing foot
7. Firmly push your passing foot through the center of the ball, keeping stable balance on plant foot
8. Follow through with passing foot

Lets play soccer!
Today Tori and I took a venture down to the new gym at Ledford High School. I went to experience my flow there. We joined in with the Advanced P.E. and played indoor soccer for about an hour. It was extremely fun and we definitely want to do it again.
Later on today, I went to the Wesleyan Bundesliga tournament, which is a fun little league the coaches at Wesleyan created, nothing too big. This was playoff week. My team was the number 4 seed out of 8 teams. We won our first game 5-3; I had 2 goals, Luke had 2 and Joe had 1. We dreadfully lost the semifinal game. The score was 5-4 in their favor. It was a disappointing end to a fantastic season.
